Our goal at KLORIS is to provide you with the finest products that delight you and respect our planet. We want you to be confident you’ve made the best decision when choosing KLORIS and we back this up with our satisfaction guarantee.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase after trying the products we offer a no-quibble refund within 30 days of receipt.
A few important points to note:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order, either via our contact form on our website or via email@example.com
- We’ll provide you with return instructions, and we’ll refund you as soon as we receive your return.
- Applies only to purchases made direct from our website or store
- Excludes Inhale Device and Inhale Pods (unless faulty)
- We provide this guarantee to allow you to try our products with confidence and so it applies to your first purchase of a given product line only.
- If you've purchased more than one of a product then we can only refund the other products if returned to us unopened and in resaleable condition with all seals intact.
- However, if your product is faulty or damaged on receipt we’ll always replace your purchase free of charge provided you let us know straight away.
- If you return part of an order for a refund and this refund brings your order total under the threshold for free delivery or any other promotion then the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
