find these patch's really good, use them before bed & drift off easily. when I wake up during night am able to go back to sleep quickly -amazing!

Using this balm in conjunction with CBD High strength patches, I am finding some benefit after two weeks use. Will carry on with this regime as it is giving me some relief from my ongoing fibromyalgia symptoms.
