I got as a gift, and it is a beautiful set. I haven’t tried yet, but can’t wait to enjoy a whole relaxing time at my new home.
Was skeptical but desperate as I am a chronic insomniac. Don't like taking sleeping tablets or melatonin. Saw these on Instagram and read the reviews, ordered some and I can honestly say I'm nearly on week 3 and I've definitely noticed a difference. I'm falling asleep fone now, still waking early but the fact that I am having SOME sleep as opposed to NONE. I have also bought the sleep spray and last night I slept pretty much all night, don't know if its a coincidence or what but I'm going to keep using them.

Im on my second purchase of these patches. I apply one each night at the sane time I drink my sleep honey. Together they have helped me sleep better. Not all through the night,but I now only get up once or twice as opposed to 3 or 4 times.
I really love this spray. I initially tried the small version abd I bought the large bottle after only one night's spray of the smell bottle. The smell is so nice..not strong and definitely makes you take deep sigh..I now carry the smaller bottle with me when I travel in the car or I'm out and about and start feeling stressed. It helps calm me.

I hate the phrase ‘it’s a game changer’ but for once it’s actually true when it comes to these Sleepy Time patches! You can smell the sweet scent of Lavendaf as soon as you peel it off of the backing paper, and the effects last for over12 Hours, helping you to gently drift off, stay asleep and then wake up feeling refreshed! Highly recommend!
I LOVE this spray so much! It’s better than the similar alternatives. The scent is strong and long lasting and relaxes me as soon as I inhale it.

The patches massively benefit my sleep. They help me get off to sleep at night and if I wake up, I can quickly get back to sleep. The quality of my sleep has improved significantly too. I highly recommend these.
This balm makes such a difference to my extremely arthritic and painful wrists. I use it night and morning. Without it, I can't hold a tea-plate, with it, no problem. I missed a couple of days and really noticed the difference.

I absolutely LOVE both the body massage oils. I use the Uplifting oil in the morning on my very painful arthritic shoulders, and I use the Soothing oil in the evenings. Both smell divine. I've bought a stash of it so I don't run out!
