This is difficult for me to review because I have severe tinitus that keeps me awake but since using the patches when I have slept my quality sleep is better I.e. I sleep more soundly.

Received my Intensive CBD Balm very quickly, I have suffered with Spondylitis in my lower back for years now & have just been told that I have Osteoarthritis which is now calcifying. To add to that, last year I had a torn meniscus which is excruciatingly painful. The meniscus did mend in time and the pain did subside in my knee but has not gone completely and it's a nagging ache. So, so happy to have found this balm, the nagging pain in my knew has practically disappeared, and the aching back has subsided. All is needed is just a little of the balm warmed in the palm of your hands and applied to the area required. Feeling much more mobile and happier in my day

I love these patches. The first time I tried them, my sense of calm and well-being was extraordinary. Since then I've noticed a very gentle and persistent encouragement to sleep, if that makes sense. I don't sleep perfectly every night but after years of bad sleep there's been a massive shift in my ability to go to sleep and stay asleep (or go back to sleep after an early wake).
