Really helps with knee pain . Using two to three times a Day. The difference in the knees is not as stiff in the morning. So pleased with this . Highly recommend.
Nice balm duo, used this to help relax off a tight back, it definitely helped but did take a few applications as this is a long standing problem. Definitely a good alternative to the anti inflammatory creams from the chemist.
Nice rich consistency too and only a small amount needed.

I love this mist. It smells amazing. I really like the combination of scents used in it. If I feel dysregulated at all I just spray a little around me and I feel better. I also use it when I get into bed sometimes if I’m feeling a bit stressed.

The Bestsellers Bundle has been such a delight for me! I’ve enjoyed everything I have tried so far, but in particular, and somewhat of a surprise, the balm and the soothing mist are my favourites. I have some joint pain, and these two in the evenings have been a huge help in relaxing, managing the pain, and getting to sleep.

I use this balm daily (sometimes twice, to top up) it is invaluable, I wouldn't be without it. I can always tell if I have forgotten to put it on it on.
I finally find something that really suits my skin, only to find that it is discontinued. I have found nothing to equal this product. Such a shame!

I can’t recommend this balm enough for pain relief. I have been in so much muscular-skeletal pain recently and nothing was helping. I then bought a pot to trial with my regular subscription of oil… it worked so well I immediately bought another two pots for my husband and I and a travel size for my sister. It’s released all the tension and finally the pain is abating. That’s worth more than anything in the world! Amazing stuff!
