I honestly can’t recommend this enough! The scent is absolutely incredible so calming and luxurious without being overpowering. I’ve been using it as part of my bedtime routine, and it genuinely helps me switch off and relax before sleep.
I received this as a free sample, and I’m so grateful because I’ve completely fallen in love with it. My mom tried it too and now she’s using it every night as well we both absolutely love it!

Well I was pleasantly surprised to find that these patches actually work exactly as advertised. I'm old and was finding that I was waking up at 2 or 3 am and then had to get up for the "usual" I then lay awake for 2 hours and sometimes not getting back to sleep at all. So I bought 30 patches. Right from first use I found that although I still woke up in the wee hours I was able to drop off back to sleep as soon as getting back into bed - brilliant! However (sorry Kloris) I find that £1 per night is a bit excessive for me so I use the patches on a Friday and Saturday night for a weekend "sleep treat" and I actually look forward to that. I have found that the best place for me is to stick the patch on the inside of my left arm close to my armpit. Geat product thoroughly recommended.

I absolutely love these patches! My sister and I both suffer from ankylosing spondylitis, and within about an hour of her placing a patch on my spine I knew I had to purchase a pack! When my pain relief isn't helping I can now apply one of these and relax, knowing that it'll help. I also find them beneficial for my crushing anxiety, so I get the best of both worlds.

The 3000mg CBD oil drops are incredible. I bought them initially for my terminally ill husband for anxiety and after he passed I trialed what was left on my arthritic 10 year old Labrador. Bought the trial pack and then subscribed. These have made all the difference - since using these patches along with what I was already taking every evening (a magnesium capsule, ashwaganda & vitamin D), I can now go back to sleep if I wake up. The instructions say to rub the patch to activate, which really does help to get to sleep and then if I wake up, I rub it again and 9/10 fall back asleep.
