Rub gently to activate, then take a moment to breathe in the soft lavender scent that signals your body it's time to transition from day to night.

3 - Wake, steady (remove in the morning, change placement nightly)

Each discreet sleep patch is formulated with a special hypoallergenic adhesive that is activated by your body heat and allows the tried-and-tested active ingredients (all natural sleep aids) to be steadily delivered throughout the night.

After over 25 years suffering with chronic insomnia

After over 25 years suffering with chronic insomnia. I tried every prescription the doctor prescribed - eventually Melatonin which did work after a couple of nights but only allowed to take for a limited time. Started to buy off the shelf sleeping products from Boots the chemists. KALMS did help but taking yet another pill was not the ideal outcome.

I was very sceptical for those patches as i used in the past different brand and didn’t work. I got so surprised with this one. When used in first night i got good deep sleep, less awakes and sleep through all night and then second until 6 as i got them for free with my mushroom coffee.
