How do subscriptions work?
Simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option when ordering. We'll then automatically send you more product on your selected frequency.
How do I manage my subscription?
After you check out you'll receive an email with access to your secure subscribe portal - from here you can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription at any time. Or you can simply email concierge@kloris.co and we'll sort it for you.
Do I pay for delivery?
No. We offer free delivery on all KLORIS subscriptions.
What frequency should I choose?
Our KLORIS patches are conveniently delivered every 30 days. As for CBD Oil Drops, you have the flexibility to tailor your subscription delivery frequency to every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
If you’d like to change the delivery schedule to better suit your needs, simply log into your account and modify the subscription frequency with ease.
How do I know when my next order is coming?
We'll email you three days before your next order is processed - if you need to make any changes you can use the link in this email.
How do I pay for my subscription?
When you start your subscription your payment details are encrypted and securely stored. Your payment will be processed automatically when your next subscription is due. This means you won't need to prepay for upcoming subscriptions or pay for products you've chosen to skip. We'll send you a notification a few days before your payment is scheduled!
Can I reschedule or skip a delivery?
Yes! You can amend your subscription any time before the renewal is processed. Simply use your subscriber portal to skip a delivery or change the shipment date.
Can I change my subscription products?
Yes! You can change your subscription products or add more items to your order through your subscriber portal.
