Been struggling for a long time with sleep issues.
I am now trying to get a better routine with patches, balm & mist (plus going to bed earlier!).
I also downloaded some low frequency ‘sleep’ music which I leave running all night on my phone next to my bed. Not too loud, but it seems to quieten my brain, especially when I wake throughout the night (about every hour).
The last few nights have been so much better & I feel so much better after some decent sleep!
Just about to order another set from Kloris.
From my experience (based on the above) it’s a great combination.
