I have been using these patches now for 4 months alongside the CBD drops. They have been amazing. Having struggled with sleeping for the last 10 years & have been on & off prescription & over the counter sleeping tablets (which all had nasty side effects & did not work longterm) I am now sleeping for longer than I have for years & if I do wake up I am able to fall back asleep. I feel wonderful & can now enjoy my life without feeling exhausted all the time.

So easy to apply and it feels very luxurious on the skin. The skin redness has decreased slightly however I have been a little intermittent in using this product so I'm sure with regular use the benefits would become more apparent.
