They have improved my REM sleep considerably. They have become a part of my regular sleep routine.

I have to say that the sleep patches have really transformed my sleep patterns fundamentally.
Since using them my sleep is deeper without the usual wake ups that i was experiencing. I have found my own way of using the patches. For example i always use them a day or two before going back to work as i work part-time and sometimes in conjunction with the CBD oil drops. I love this balm. Rubbed into feet at night part of my Kloris ritual (patches, balm and spray) for guaranteed sleep. The added bonus is that my feet feel fabulously soft as well as less crunchy in the morning.
I used to spend so much many hours awake at night and since Kloris came into my life I don't give sleep a second thought because I sleep every single night.

Since using this balm on a daily basis. I've been able to cope better with the daily chores at work. I suffer quite badly with arthritis in my back, shoulders,neck elbows knees and hands.
