The balm is a life changer. The travel size is perfect to take out with me. Saves taking the big jar. Always with me to help with pain. It works perfectly. Doesn't cure but eases my pains so I'm more comfortable.

I use the patches every day. I now set my phone alarm to remind me to change the patches. I used to change the patches when I remembered but I have found that setting a time to renew the them every day works better. When I first used them I didn’t think they made any difference but I did not give up and I’m so glad I didn’t. They do leave a sticky residue but I rub coconut butter on the site and it disappears. Very pleased.

I suffer from MS and I have found the balm helps with painful leg pain which used to wake me up during the night. I also use it on my arms as I have to lift my legs on to my Stair Lift. I have a nightly routine at bed time and cover my lower legs and arms with the balm. I have been using it for over a couple of years now and wouldn’t be without it.

This balm is wonderful. It helps my Fibromyalgia pain , lower back and improves my knees and hips pain. My knees are in a bad way the balm takes the edge off. I find the more I rub it on my knees the better I can walk around my home. I have to climb quite a few stairs to go to my dentist. The balm helps me and the next day the pain isn't as bad.

When I got those patches, I thought will they work....

I have been using this balm for about three weeks and I have noticed a definite reduction in pain in my shoulder (trapped nerve) and both arthritic knees. I am very pleased with the results so far and will continue using it. I now have pain patches too so hope these add to my recovery
