CBD & PERFORMANCE/ WORK RELATED ANXIETY
Ten years old but so relevant in today’s climate, in 2011 a brilliant study detailing how CBD can be beneficial in significantly reducing the symptoms of performance related anxiety compared with a placebo. “Pre-treatment with CBD significantly reduced anxiety, cognitive impairment and discomfort in their speech performance.”
