Such a lovely product. It’s a very relaxing aroma but not overpowering. I spray it on the pillows before bed. I also spray it on my clothes if I feel the need to relax and unwind
I bought the starter kit as it seemed a really good all-rounder. The pillow mist is such a lovely aroma and something I will buy again (the mini size was perfect to take on holiday) The main reason for purchasing was I’m very anxious travelling but particularly flying although I’m not frightened of flying. I popped on the cbd patch in the morning and I was far far better than usual! So much so that hubby mentioned it and I hadn’t told him about the patches. I brought another patch with me for on the way home in a few days so I’m hoping the effects will be the same.

I’ve been using this consistently for while now and I have to say I really love it, my face feels soft and supple and it’s even cleared an annoying dark patch over my lip area!
It was the most aggravating mark, looked like a dirt mark, but it’s definitely much lighter than it was!
I’ve waited to post this, ensure I liked it and it worked, which I now know it most definitely does!

These patches definitely help! My sleep has improved 5 or 6 nights out of 7. I have 2 tinycriticisms (but don't let these put you off buying them!) Firstly, I do find it quite tricky to get the patch off the backing paper. And secondly, the residue left behind on your skin is really hard to remove! Even using nail polish remover doesn't shift it!
I like this for the early mornings when, in spite of blackout curtains, the light creeps in. Comfy and cosy and can be worth 2-3 hrs more sleep for me.
The sleep patches have a gentle soothing scent and are easy to apply.
