Seems to be working!

Being an active tennis player, stiff and sore joints in my hands and particularly my thumb was very worrying. I was sceptical as to how this could work but it is really helping with the discomfort and although not curing the problem (yet) is allowing me to carry on playing pretty much pain free - during or after. Will keep using this.

Knee trauma

Hi, I have to be honest I didn’t get any relief from my knee pain. But, my sister who had Achilles tendon pain felt that it eased it. Maybe I needed more of it, to slather it on.

I use it at night on painful joints and on the bottom of my soles. It does definitely seem to reduce the intensity of the pain the nxt day. It is a bit hard to get out of the jar with your finger though.
