30 Sleep Patches + Pillow Mist + Balm

Been struggling for a long time with sleep issues.

From my experience (based on the above) it’s a great combination.

I've been struggling with sleep for over 10 years, waking at 3 ish so wide awake that I would often get up because I knew it was pointless tossing and turning all night.
During this time I have tried tablets (gave me tummy issues), a magnesium balm rubbed into feet (made my feet so hot I was waking up!) a magnesium spray (dried out my skin).
As this kit promised a money back guarantee I decided I had nothing to loose (unlike my previous purchases).
It couldn't be simpler: pop the patch on, rub some of the balm into my feet (not a fan of the smell but feet are under covers in seconds so it matters not) and a couple of squirts of the devine pillow mist and I find I am drifting off to sleep in no time but for me the real winner is even if I do wake during the night I can give the patch a little squeeze and back to the land of nod I go.
I have only woken twice in the last 3 weeks which I am so happy about I can't thank you enough Kloris. I have already re-ordered and have given some to my sister who seems equally impressed.

I really think that the sleep patches help me to get a better night's sleep. I don't use them all the time - just when I think I would benefot from a good night, and they do help me go back to sleep more quickly if I wake up. The pillow mist is good too - not used it enough to give a full appraisal, but so far, so good. Would definitely order more patches in future.

I can’t believe I don’t wake up 50 times in a night anymore it’s so nice- I love the patches they do work- I was so sceptical about them- now I think I can’t go without them- I’ve had broken sleep for years and now that is definitely improved a great deal- I love the spray too as a mood setting aid for sleep- I will definitely keep using the patches
