I really think that the sleep patches help me to get a better night's sleep. I don't use them all the time - just when I think I would benefot from a good night, and they do help me go back to sleep more quickly if I wake up. The pillow mist is good too - not used it enough to give a full appraisal, but so far, so good. Would definitely order more patches in future.
