How Do I Use ?

Simply apply one patch to a hair-free patch of skin (for example your shoulder, top of foot or inner wrist) 30-60 minutes before bedtime, then remove in the morning.

At last, some safe pain relief.

I have been in fairly severe pain for ears. This is as result of a genetic condition, some very radical surgeries and some serious injuries. All the doctors can offer me is daily morphine and steroid shots. I have been using the balm on my most painful bits and the patches at night. It still takes long time to fall asleep but I am not waking in pain at regular intervals. I will be trying more products soon. The gummies seem to have a calming effect, too.

I have to say that the sleep patches have really transformed my sleep patterns fundamentally.
Since using them my sleep is deeper without the usual wake ups that i was experiencing. I have found my own way of using the patches. For example i always use them a day or two before going back to work as i work part-time and sometimes in conjunction with the CBD oil drops.
